The 18 months are over and I haven’t finished my exams yet. Can I extend my access?
Yes, you can extend your access for a minimal fee. Course extension items are found on our store.
Does PowersUp work on any device?
PowersUp works on any web-enabled device. For best performance we advise using a device with a relatively large screen, a small screen would not give the satisfying and comfortable results of a larger screen. We recommend a minimum of an 8” screen.
The exam registration process is not easy, will PRC staff help me?
Once you purchase any course you will have access to tutorials that will explain the process step by step. If you still need help, you can always contact customer service; they will help you out until you have completed all the necessary steps to sit for the exams.
I’m having technical issues, what do I do?
There are a couple of things that you can do before contacting customer service.
• Make sure you are using an up-to-date internet browser. An outdated browser may cause technical issues.
• Delete your browsing history and cookies.
• Access your account from a different device. Is the problem still there?

How can I change my password?
Log to your account, click on the Settings button, then insert your new password twice and click save. You can also change your e-mail address and any other details, though we advise you to contact PRC before making any changes to your e-mail address.
How can I change the display language of my software?
Log to your account, click on the setting button, under language and time zone, select the desired language from the language drop down list.
What does the “Reset Progress” button do?
The “Reset Progress” button resets all the resources of a certain course to their original state. After clicking the button, all resources within the course will be reset as if you have never attempted them before.
Why do I see the word “Start” on some resources, and the word “Watch” on other resources in my courses?
“Start” is for resources that are scored, such as quizzes and mock exams. “Watch” is for resources that are not scored, such as flashcards and any other presentations. These resources do not affect the calculation of your progress in the course because they are not scored.
I can’t copy text from the questions and flashcards and I need to send feedback about a certain question, what should I do?
The best solution is to send a screen-shot along with an explanation of the feedback. You can also send us the number of the question/flashcard, in which section it appears and all details you find necessary for us to locate and understand the problem.
How long does it take PRC staff to process any of my requests?
It takes 1 to 2 business days to answer any inquiry, though most of inquiries are solved within 1 business day.
Is there a time limit for my access to PowersUp?
Your access to the online tools is limited to 18 months. There is a banner within each course that states the number of days left for your course to expire.
